Preparing for Why Not Part 1, Episode 4

This episode covers the things you can do to better prepare yourself for the “Why Not?” opportunities in our lives.  How can someone embrace new experiences while burning the candle from both ends?  for Part 1, we discuss the need for proper rest, exercise, and nutrition in order to pursue your existing why-not goals, and to be prepared for the opportunities that aren’t planned for.
